Auraly is an inversion of my name — a choice that reflects the personal and multidimensional nature of this work. Rooted in meanings of light and gold, the name speaks to how we listen, how we speak, and the energetic quality we bring into leadership and relationship.
The Storyteller's Path
I have been a storyteller my entire life — first through movement as a competitive dancer and performer, and later as an actor, producer, teacher, and writer.
From an early age, I was captivated by the human story: how we show up, what shapes us, and how we create meaning from our lived experience. That curiosity has never left me; it has simply matured into the work I do today.
Education & Artistic Foundation
With a foundation in the performing arts, I hold both a Bachelor and Master of Fine Arts degree in Theatre, with advanced training in acting and directing. Years on stage taught me something essential: leadership is not merely about strategy or expertise — it is about presence, perception, and the stories we consciously or unconsciously inhabit. How we listen, how we speak, and how we interpret moments shape the environments we create.
Leadership, Coaching & Professional Training
Alongside my artistic path, I deepened my work in coaching and conscious communication. My training and experience include over a decade of transformational education and coaching with Landmark Education Worldwide, including completion of the two-year Team Management and Leadership Program. I later worked as a consultant with The Saxton Group, where I designed and delivered leadership, diversity, and inclusion programs for Fortune 500 organizations — learning how to translate insight into practice within complex systems.
The Auraly Consulting Approach
Through Auraly Consulting, I weave performance, leadership, and conscious communication into a grounded, experiential approach. I support leaders in cultivating an embodied presence, deepening their capacity for conscious listening, and communicating in ways that foster trust, influence, and genuine connection. This work is not about scripts or surface techniques, but about alignment — bringing who you are into how you lead.
Soul Centered Collective
I am also the founder of the Soul Centered Collective, a community devoted to creating events and workshops for connection, healing, and empowerment — an extension of my commitment to heart-centered leadership and meaningful relationships.
Personal Journey & Life Experience
I am the mother of two amazing children. For several years, I stepped back from professional coaching to support my family through significant health challenges.
That chapter profoundly reshaped my understanding of leadership—teaching me how to move through uncertainty, complexity, and vulnerability with both clarity and compassion.
Returning With Intention
I return to this work now with renewed depth, perspective, and intention. I am especially drawn to leaders who seek to lead with both authority and heart — and who are ready to engage their work, their teams, and their lives with greater presence, integrity, and purpose.
