Founder & Principal

Laura Yosowitz

I work with leaders who care deeply about how they lead — not just the results they produce, but the presence, clarity, and impact they bring into every room.
I’ve been a storyteller my entire life — first as a competitive dancer and performer, and later as an actor, producer, teacher, and writer. From an early age, I was captivated by the human story: how we show up, what shapes us, and how we create meaning from our experiences. That curiosity has never left me. It has simply evolved into the work I do today.

With a foundation in the performing arts, I hold both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in fine arts in Theatre, with advanced training in acting and directing. Years of professional performance taught me something essential: leadership is not only about strategy or expertise — it’s about presence, perception, and the stories we consciously or unconsciously embody. How we listen, how we speak, and how we interpret moments all shape the environments we create.

Alongside my artistic career, I was simultaneously developing deep expertise in coaching and advanced communication. My training includes more than a decade of education and transformational coaching through Landmark Education, including completion of the two year Worldwide Team Management and Leadership Program. I later worked as a consultant with The Saxton Group, where I helped design and deliver leadership, diversity, and inclusion programs for Fortune 500 organizations. This work sharpened my ability to translate insight into practice within complex environments.

Through Auraly Consulting, I integrate performance, leadership, and conscious communication into a practical, experiential approach. My work focuses supporting leaders in developing a powerful, grounded presence; deepen their capacity for conscious listening and engagement; and communicate in ways that build trust, influence, and genuine connection. Rather than offering scripts or surface-level techniques, I support leaders in aligning who they are with how they lead.

I am also the founder of the Soul Centered Collective, a community devoted to creating supportive spaces for connection, healing, and empowerment — an extension of my commitment to heart-centered leadership and meaningful relationships.

I am the mother of two remarkable children. For several years, I stepped back from professional coaching to support my family through significant health challenges. That chapter profoundly deepened my understanding of what it means to lead through uncertainty, complexity, and vulnerability — with both clarity and compassion.

I return to this work now with renewed depth, perspective, and intention. I have a deep love for people and for supporting transformative growth. I am especially drawn to leaders who want to lead with both authority and heart — and who are ready to engage their work, their teams, and themselves with greater consciousness.

The name Auraly is an inversion of my name, chosen to reflect the personal and multidimensional nature of this work. Rooted in meanings of light and gold, the name speaks to how we listen, how we speak, and the energy we bring into leadership and relationship. I believe conscious leadership emerges when presence, integrity, and soulful humanity are allowed to coexist — and that great leadership is not only about developing one’s own capacity, but about recognizing and bringing forward the brilliance in others.
